3. Participation agreement
- I will participate respectfully in suitable supervised activities and follow ESC Global instructions, safety procedures, accommodation rules and Thai law.
- I understand that this is an education and immersion programme, not employment or a labour-for-room arrangement.
- I will respect the farm, staff, guests, local community, equipment, animals and intellectual property.
- I confirm that the health and emergency information I provide is complete and accurate.
4. Risk acknowledgement and indemnity
- I understand that a working farm may involve uneven ground, weather, plants, insects, animals, tools, machinery, water, lifting and other normal rural risks.
- I voluntarily accept the ordinary inherent risks of participating in activities appropriate to my disclosed health and ability.
- I will use supplied protective equipment, attend safety briefings and immediately report hazards, injuries or concerns.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree not to hold ESC Global, its officers, staff or hosts responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by my failure to follow instructions, undisclosed medical information or negligent or unlawful conduct.
- I authorise reasonable first aid and emergency assistance when necessary. Medical, transport and evacuation costs remain my responsibility or my insurer’s responsibility.
- Nothing in this form excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
