Farm Life Experience is a guided one-to-three-day cultural introduction. Volunteer & Immerse is a minimum seven-day transformational learning journey where guests help manage real systems and contribute to ongoing projects.
This is education-focused, not a labour-for-room exchange. The fee supports expert mentorship, curriculum, workshops, system maintenance, tools, accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi and utilities.
Daily learning, workshops, project guidance, a private homestead pod, breakfast, mentorship, learning materials, tools, shared facilities, Wi-Fi and utilities. Lunch, dinner, personal expenses and required travel insurance are not included.
Yes. The homestead is the integrated classroom, community hub and living laboratory that defines the programme.

Sturdy work shoes, refillable bottle, headlamp, lightweight long sleeves for sun and insects, and an adaptable mindset.
Transport from Chiang Mai to Phrao can be arranged at additional seasonal cost. Guests may rent a car and follow the ESC Global GPS location, or take an air-conditioned minivan from Chang Phuak Bus Station. Choose the earliest departure; the journey is about two hours. Share your ticket after confirmation so pickup from Phrao Bus Terminal can be coordinated.
Required before participation
Every participant must review and sign the programme agreement and indemnity form before arrival. This protects the participant, the farm and the local community by clearly recording responsibilities, health disclosures and emergency information.
