Any discussion of revenue is strictly in the context of an optional service to help manage the costs of ownership when you are not using the property.
No, it is not a guaranteed return. The 6-8% is a projection of potential revenue from our optional management service. This revenue is intended to defray a portion of your property's annual expenses, such as common fees, maintenance, and taxes. Actual revenue is dependent on market conditions, occupancy rates, and other variable factors, and is not guaranteed.
When you are not using your personal residence for your micro-retirement, you can enroll it in our management program. We will arrange for vetted, short-term guests to occupy the property. The income generated from these guests is used first to cover the operational costs of the service and the property itself. The goal is to offset ownership costs, not to generate a profit.
